- Keep a copy of your bill handy, and you will have what you need to get set up in minutes.
Stay Up to Date
- View the interactive outage map for current and planned outages in ATCO’s service territory.
- Enter your Site ID (which you can find on utilitynet.net or at the top of your electricity bill) to receive timely updates, like estimated restoration times, current status, and cause, directly by SMS, email and/or push notifications.
Report Back
- Use the app to report power outages, streetlight issues, equipment damage, and other service issues directly to ATCO.
